Job Description

• Oversee airport operations across WA, ensuring safety and service excellence. 
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts to drive operational performance. 
• Contribute to strategic projects, including the launch of new flight routes and introduction of new aircraft types. 
• Full-time, fixed term and permanent opportunities based in Perth 

You’ll have: 

• Previous experience in airport operations with a strong understanding of above and below wing processes, including ramp operations, baggage handling, and turnaround coordination. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party suppliers, negotiate and maintain contracts, and build strong relationships to influence outcomes and achieve operational excellence. 
• Proven leadership capability to inspire and guide teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret safety data, monitor On-Time Performance metrics, and implement improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience. 
• Resilience and adaptability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, ever-changing operational environment. 
• Flexibility to travel to various ports both domestically and internationally as required.
